All appliances are to include a minimum one-year warranty that allows for new replacement of the unit. Vendors are to include as an option, the cost if any, for an additional two years for the warranty period.
Quotations must include supply availability and delivery time, warranty information and a compliance checklist that shows where quoted item equals or exceeds the required specification. All firms that respond to this request for quotation must at the time of submitting their quotations have a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), Cage Code and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) https://sam.gov/content/home and have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing.
