Production of Training Videos

The U.S. Embassy in Kingston is seeking the services of an experienced video production entity to provide high quality training videos. The entity is expected to provide all equipment, a full crew (staffing) to complete production of the videos. The videos will use a combination of dramatized scenarios and power point slides presentations by a narrator to enlighten the audience. Scripts, content, props, actors and narrators will be provided by the Embassy. The Embassy will provide the names of the filming locations.

SCOPE

The entity shall film, produce and deliver four (4) training videos as outlined below:

  1. Video 1: Dramatized scenario with 5 actors and a narrator filmed at three locations in Kingston. The length of the video should be 20 minutes.
  2. Video 2: Dramatized scenario with three actors and a narrator filmed at three locations in Kingston. The length of the video should be 10 minutes.
  3. Video 3: Narrator reading script and showing power point presentations filmed at 1 location in Kingston. The length of the video should be 10 minutes.
  4. Video 4: Narrator reading script and showing power point presentations filmed at 1 location in Kingston. The length of the video should be 10 minutes.

 

The videos are to be shot in 1080p, HDV format using high quality data files. All images must have color corrections to ensure that each scene appears consistent and the audio in the videos must be mixed and equalized to ensure that all voices are clear and easily understood.

 

Project Schedule:

The Embassy will conduct a pre-production meeting after award to review the scripts, story boards, and filming locations. The entity will submit the edited videos for review and approval by the Embassy. All revisions given by the Embassy are to be made and the final videos provided via email in broadcast quality MP4 format to Embassy no later than February 29, 2024, after receipt of order.

Licenses | Clearances | Releases

The entity shall be responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses, clearance releases, permissions and/or waivers from any other rights holders, including licensors of copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property, music that may be used, featured or appear in the videos. The costs for such licenses shall be included in the total production budget.

 

 

OWNERSHIP:

All footage, tapes, negatives and prints of all pictures, sound tracks and material, exposed and/or processed, in the production of the videos and all material and content contained in the videos,  including but not limited to any characters, names, copy, art, logos, and animation, and all right, title, interest and copyrights therein, shall become the property of U.S. Embassy Kingston upon delivery of the said videos.

Quotations should not include any taxes as the Embassy will provide a zero-rating approval letter. The Embassy will award a firm fixed priced purchase order to the successful entity for its services with payment to be made by electronic funds transfer within 15 working days of receipt of final invoice after delivery and acceptance of the videos.

All entities responding to this request for quotation must be NDAA 889 Compliant at the time of submitting their quotations with an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing.
